當代面臨建築耗能增加、城鄉差距擴大、都市污染加劇、醫療照護資源缺乏、對於健康防疫生活的需求遽增、社交與公共性的渴望等問題。透過5G物聯網,以有效的資源管理,對應新時代生活型態。未來的建築是流動的有機體,在都市、自然與社會環境的信息交互作用下,透過新的建築皮層、骨架與網路系統的感知與回饋,達成生活、生態與生產的動態平衡。
「智能種子屋」企圖建構建築有機體的實驗與實踐場域,作為住宅單元原型,透過安裝不同的智慧化建築模組,以5G通訊和物聯網,調整且最佳化空間中綜多資源管理並精準控制,達到環境友善與嘗試以科技實踐遠端智慧生活的可能。
The solution for future architecture, urban space and living environment should be more interconnected as a huge neural network system like a biological creature. Structures, spaces, and various smart equipment can be regarded as bones, organs and tissues as well as neural networks, which will be sensitive and responsive to change in real time by dynamically reconnecting flows of people, goods, knowledge and information.
Artificial Intelligence IoT (AIoT) is a novel technology to solve a wide of problems in humans’ life. Various environmental data takes instant and smart actions to achieve appropriate interactions between humans and spaces. How to use sensing data to create more values need a real environment to collect and verify.
議題:距離_建築與大地的關係分離,遠距的空間連結成為一種可能。

物理距離的限制消失,遠端連線的常態成為我們的生活。例如網購、在家工作、數位教育、遠端醫療等新型態的生活模式將改變我們的空間使用方式,都市區位的優勢消失,地方移住的機會增加,空間的分配在這個時代將更佳的「平等化」。

在當代的背景之下,未來的建築應該擁有隨時間與機能變化的可適應性、材料環境友善、低成本、複製化之建築安裝模組。並以IoT管理資源分配與最有效率化,在初步研究上著重於以下模式:

一、建築本體採模組單元設計
考量未來擴增及移設之便利性建築物基座與樓板等組件皆採模組化設計,降低生產過程之耗能,提高未來移動及快速組裝擴增之可及性。
具備演化性,隨著地點空間,形體與功能上的調整適應不同需求。
二、5G時代BIG TABLE共餐模式
BIG TABLE作為整合物聯網與AI資訊庫之主要中樞,監控並智慧化調整建築中的環控系統,同時利用BIG TABLE即時互動與遠端家人連線,以異地共居的方式探討未來生活的可能性。
三、節能皮層:智能建築立面或皮層將如生物皮膚般的敏感並隨時回饋
未來的立面將遍佈環境感測器,即時彙集環境大數據,例如陽光照度與熱能、風向與風速、噪音、空氣汙染源等,並在室內外作出舒適性的調整與回應。感測數據同時也能提供整個城市的節能與環境控制系統作為運算依據,將有機生態系統與無機建築系統的互動結合,會是未來建築提供人與環境互動的生命表徵。

四、智慧製造CLT
過去建築在施工過程中造成大量能源、材料、人力上的浪費,空間內需仰賴設備維持環境舒適度,例如冷氣空調、電暖等。因此如何創造對環境友善、可回收建材與自然循環系統並對空間有效利用之建築是當務之急。在軟體運算的幫助下,於工廠先行切割製造建築組件,精準地控制能源與資源分配,達到最佳化之成效。

- All the building materials are reusable and recyclable. The Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) structure can be divided into modular parts and re-assembled. It is therefore expandable to enlarge the size of the house. A building should evolve and adapt itself to different sites with various environmental parameters.
- Intelligent green modules, green software design, IoT devices and sensing networks are repeatable and scalable, controlled by AIOS.
- The entire house should be an open-source environment. The Smart Seed House is a prototype and also a living lab for more experiments on new intelligent modules with existing systems and databases.
由生活核心單元結合不同的外部模組,衍伸出兩棟建築,分別創造在城市與鄉村的對話,並面對各自的空間議題。
- 在城若鄉:模擬都市內如何自給自足、友善環境、智慧監控環境,達到低碳生活的新可能。
- 在鄉似城:模擬鄉村對於遠端醫療、智慧校園、老年人社交等議題,提出不同的新生活模式。
