桑拿是探索身體感知的過程，在空間的溫度變化之下與心靈的對話。
本案設計試圖強化這一層關係。
建築本身作為一個移動的容器，隨著川的水流、風上下搖擺，光影從天窗穿梭，大自然的聲音迴盪在山林之間。
封閉的空間之中，我們只能透過身體的五感來觀測外在的世界。
Sauna is a process of exploring body perception, the dialogue of the mind in the temperature change of the space.
The architecture itself is a moving container, swaying up and down with the current of the river and wind, the light and shadow shuttle through the skylight, and the sound of nature echoes between the mountains and forests.
In a closed space, we can only observe the external world through the sense of the body.
サウナは、身体の知覚を探求するプロセスであり、温度変化によって心との対話ができる空間です。
今回のデザインは、この関係性を軸として設計しました。
建築自体は動くブラックボックスのように、周りの情報が中に入り込む。小崎川の水の流れや風に揺れ、天窓から光が差し込み、山の間で大自然の音が響き渡る。
閉ざされた空間では、五感でしか外の世界を観察することができない。
体はより敏感で、瞑想のような感覚で椎葉村の自然を一体化する。
